Life in the field - Together we provide exceptional care
Our team of care professionals are roll-your-sleeves-up, supportive, positive, honest, warm and committed people. They care for older people in their own homes and out in their communities. All of them share a love for empowering others to get the most out of life.
Rewarding, Flexible, Enjoyable
If you enjoy helping people and want to make a difference in their lives, then a career in care with Radfield could be just what you’re looking for.
Our carers, or 'Care Professionals' to use their proper title, work with older people who still live at home and often need just a small amount of support. This could be helping with some shopping, trips out for the day or simple companionship and someone to chat to.
Being a carer can change your life for the better. It offers an increased sense of wellbeing, which comes from knowing you're contributing to someone else's life, along with your wider community and society as a whole.
It's also a really special role to play. The people you support rely heavily on the care and assistance that you provide, as do their families and friends. For some older people living at home, yours will be the only face that they see that day.
A career in care offers flexibility, a role that can grow and develop as you and your family does. You can start off working a few hours a week, or evenings only and then add in hours over time.
Our team is a very special bunch. We see it every day and so do the thousands of people who rely on them to provide the trusted and truly valued support they need.

We encourage everyone to improve their skills and knowledge in care. To support you in your role, a wealth of opportunities are provided to achieve vocational qualifications like Diplomas in Health & Social Care. -
Grow with us
We make sure everyone has regular supervision and appraisals. We use these to work together and identify your personal goals and aims. Then we create a personal development plan to get you there. -
Shape your future
We hold regular staff meetings and forums to share ideas across each office, identifying Champions to lead projects and specialisms, empowering individuals to reach their goals. e.g. Dementia Café Champions and Stroke Support Specialists.
