We first opened our doors in May 2022. Since then we’ve established ourselves as a new and exciting provider with an emphasis on empowering our care assistants to provide exceptional care in Barnet & Finchley.

Prior to launching Radfield Home Care Barnet & Finchley, Po worked mainly in people management. She loves working with both staff and clients, putting a big emphasis on employee satisfaction. 

It’s Po’s mission to create meaningful jobs for people in and around the Barnet area. She wants to build a team of supportive, valued and passionate Care Professionals to provide the best possible care to older people.
