Working at Radfield Home Care in Stamford, Peterborough & Rutland

The Stamford, Peterborough & Rutland office was established in 2019 by James and Stefania Beech, bringing quality home care built on a forty-year legacy to the Stamford area. In 2024, James passed the torch to fellow Radfield Home Care partner, Sona Bharkhada, who also runs the Leicester East, Groby & Oadby office.

Ever since first opening our doors, we’ve grown every year for the past 5 years, developing our care service to achieve the coveted accolade of an Outstanding CQC rating.

Sona Bharkhada has always been guided by a passion for making a meaningful difference. Her professional journey began with a Bachelor’s degree in science, which led her to a career in biomedical research at a leading pharmaceutical company, where she supported advancements in cancer treatment.

Our culture shapes everything we do. From our industry-leading Caring for our Carers™ pledge and core values to our range of benefits and development opportunities, we support and invest in our team to empower them to support our clients and their families.
