Could you be the Office Manager in Epsom & Leatherhead we’re looking for?
Like everyone in the Radfield team, our amazing office admin managers are roll-your-sleeves-up, supportive, positive, honest, warm and committed kind of people. The kind of people who love to help others get the most out of life.
You’ll be taking responsibility for efficiently and proactively managing all aspects of the administration and compliance functions within Radfield Home Care agency in Epsom & Leatherhead.
This role will include a wide variety of duties including; Supporting with staff recruitment and training, handling all incoming calls and managing enquiries from clients and staff, manage onboarding paperwork & documents for new staff and clients and be the main point of contact for clients and their families contacting the office.
The successful candidates will also be responsible for internal audits, supporting with community events and social media posts to support recruitment and brand awareness, organise and schedule training, weekly reporting and all general office administration and compliance.
You’re someone with a proven ability to take responsibility and excellent communication skills. You love the challenge of a busy, fluid working environment where no two days are ever the same. You’re a people person, with experience of office administration & compliance, ideally with previous experience working for a home care agency, UK driver’s licence, be over the age of 18 and have access to a vehicle.
We’d also love to hear from you if you’ve got previous experience in roles such as administrator, administration manager, compliance coordinator, or recruitment assistant.
