We first opened our doors in November 2022.

Since then we’ve established ourselves as a new and exciting provider with an emphasis on empowering our care assistants to provide exceptional care in Epsom & Leatherhead.

Owner, Karen has a varied career in care. Beginning as a family care worker, her path transitioned to financial roles where she took pride in supporting team members to reach their full potential. Karen's affinity for care and nurturing others makes her perfect as both a team leader and the director of a home care business.

There has been a big change in the number of older people seeking greater independence, wanting to stay within their own homes. Karen aims to provide a more personalised and quality service as opposed to some of the care alternatives.

Radfield Home Care puts a lot of emphasis on the family values the company was founded on and with this comes championing client satisfaction and making Care Professionals feel valued and supported. These values align perfectly with Karen’s own goals and aspirations.
