We first opened our doors in 19th September 2019. Since then we’ve  grown every year for the past three years, establishing ourselves as a new and exciting provider in the High Wycombe & Beaconsfield area.

Matt comes from a financial services and recruitment background, predominantly with smaller businesses. He originally opened the office with his mother, Lis, who worked in corporate human resources in a global organisation for many years.

Prior to opening the office, the Barnes family experienced the difficulty of finding consistent, good quality care for a loved one and it became clear to them that home care is heavily relied upon and incredibly valuable. This was the inspiration behind Matt and Lis’s decision to open their Radfield Home Care office, specialising in the provision of the highest standard of care for older people, with medication and dementia services that are second to none.

Matt explains, “From personal experience, we have seen first hand that by providing specialist care and companionship it can make a significant difference to the quality of an older person’s life and also to their family.

On the other hand, we have also experienced the frustrations that carers can have. It takes a very special and unique person to be a carer and they do such an amazing job; a job that can be extremely rewarding but also tough at times. We feel strongly that caring for and rewarding our carers is as important as the care that we provide to our clients.”
