  • Even having a cup of coffee and good natter in the sunshine with a client who rarely ventures outside, can really brighten their day. A particularly fond memory of mine is about 10 years ago when I was caring for children and adults with complex learning and physical disabilities. We went for a trek through the woods to the local mud pit for a ‘bath’. What a fantastic experience for our clients, with fun memories they will hold forever

We first opened our doors in May 2018. Since then we’ve grown year on year, expanding and supporting our team to deliver exceptional care in West & North Yorkshire.

Our team has an in-depth understanding of how to properly support Care Professionals as Matthew used to be a care worker and knows what the job takes. After working in care across the UK and US, Matthew transitioned to Occupational Therapy, working with community groups in and around Harrogate before establishing a Radfield Home Care Office with his father, Jonathan.

With extensive past experience as a Financial Director, Jonathan has teamed up with his son to lend his business know-how to the office. Sharing his son’s passion for exceptional care, this father-son team are ready to support you in providing exceptional care, allowing people to lead their best lives and remain connected to what matters.
