We first opened our doors in February 2023.

Since then we’ve established ourselves as a new and exciting provider with an emphasis on empowering our care assistants to provide exceptional care in Chingford & Loughton.

Owner, Adam, prides himself on providing an excellent service for clients with care that makes a real difference.

Adam has always been keen to give something back to his local communities and through voluntary work, he discovered just how rewarding, humbling and empowering it is to help others.

 

There has been a big change in the number of older people seeking greater independence, wanting to stay within their own homes. Adam aims to provide a more personalised and quality service as opposed to some of the care alternatives.

Radfield Home Care puts a lot of emphasis on the family values the company was founded on and with this comes championing client satisfaction and making Care Professionals feel valued and supported. These values align perfectly with Adam's own goals and aspirations.
