Salary: £14.50 - £15.00 per hour

Could you be the Field Care Supervisor in Slough, Maidenhead & Windsor we’re looking for?

As well as supporting clients in their own homes, you’ll mentor, support, review and assess the work of our care professionals, providing feedback for training and development.

As a champion for outstanding care, you’ll be supervising, supporting and guiding a team of carers on a daily basis.

Updating systems, checking care notes and supporting with client and staff compliance will also form part of this role.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced care professional, looking for their next step within their career development.

Applicants will need to be a driver with access to their own vehicle as this role is field based.
