Looking for a Care Assistant role with permanent contracted hours, paid travel time and consistent clients?

Radfield Home Care Wakefield & Huddersfield is looking for compassionate and reliable Female Care Assistants to join our growing team.

As a Home Care Assistant, you'll support people to remain safe, comfortable and independent in their own homes while building genuine relationships with the people you care for.

Pay & Benefits

• £13.50 per hour for care calls (Monday to Friday)

• £13.80 per hour for care calls (Weekends)

• Paid travel time at your full hourly rate

Training, induction, shadowing and supervision are paid at £12.71 per hour.

What You'll Do

As one of our Female Care Assistants, you will:

• Deliver high-quality personal care with dignity and respect.

• Support clients with medication.

• Prepare meals and drinks.

• Provide companionship and emotional support.

• Encourage independence wherever possible.

• Monitor wellbeing and report any concerns.

• Maintain accurate care records.

• Work closely with clients, their families and the wider Radfield Home Care team.

Working Pattern

We have permanent opportunities available for:

• Full-time

• Part-time

To provide continuity for our clients, all Care Professionals work a variety of shifts across a two-week rolling rota.

Applicants must be able to work a mixture of mornings, evenings and alternate weekends.

Essential Requirements

Please only apply if you:

• Hold a full UK Driving Licence.

• Have daily access to your own vehicle.

• Can work a mixture of mornings, evenings and alternate weekends.

• Are female due to the personal care needs and preferences of some of our clients.

• Have the right to work in the UK (we do not offer visa sponsorship).

Previous care experience is welcomed but is not essential, as we provide full paid training before you begin working independently.
