Contract: Full-Time
Salary: £32,000 - £36,000 per annum

Radfield Home Care specialises in providing personalised, private care for older people in their own home, Our mission is to make ageing a more enjoyable and rewarding experience for all involved and our Deputy Care Managers have a huge role to play in making it happen.
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Deputy Care Manager to support the Registered Manager in leading a small, dedicated team.

You’ll be supporting the responsibility for the day-to-day running of the Radfield Home Care service in Radfield Home Care Watford & Borehamwood, driving success and growth by promoting the right working environment, maintaining standards and ensuring quality.
In simple terms you’ll be making sure that our care professionals get the support they need and our clients get the care that’s right for them.
You love the challenge of a busy working environment where no two days are ever the same. You’re a people person, with experience of recruiting, managing and developing a team and previous experience working for a home care provider is preferable.
A full UK driver’s licence and access to a vehicle is essential for this role.
We’d also love to hear from you if you’ve got previous care experience in roles such as care home manager, care coordinator, field care supervisor, and deputy care home manager.
About You
Experience in a senior care or supervisory role
Strong knowledge of CQC and domiciliary care
Confident leadership and communication skills
Organised, reliable, and passionate about care
NVQ Level 3 (Level 4 desirable)
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
