Join Our Team as a Marketing & SEO Executive
We are looking for someone committed to growing their career and skillset in marketing and SEO as part of a friendly and ambitious National Office team on a mission to be the private home care brand of choice in the UK.
You will join a team driving Radfield Home Care’s brand visibility and reputation through the creation of high-quality marketing content, proactive management of digital channels, and the delivery of strategic marketing initiatives.
You will be supported to develop your skills amongst a knowledgeable team, providing templates, structure and process guidance.
You will be responsible for identifying opportunities to enhance online performance, implementing SEO and link-building strategies, and exploring new technologies, including generative AI, to deliver measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Digital Channel Management
- Proactively monitor Radfield’s digital presence on our website and in key directories/listings, ensuring messaging and creative outputs are consistent and optimised across platforms.
- Identify gaps and opportunities in digital performance and lead projects to address them.
- Work with external agencies and franchise offices to enhance performance in paid search, organic visibility, and technical optimisation.
SEO & Online Visibility
- Monitor and maintain brand presence across key digital platforms.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Develop and execute link-building campaigns to strengthen domain authority.
- Monitor website performance, using analytics to inform improvements.
Content Creation & Copywriting
- Produce case studies and human-interest content that supports the brand narrative and care sector positioning in the brand tone of voice.
- Write compelling, brand-aligned copy for web pages, blogs, newsletters, social media, and campaigns.
Innovation & Emerging Technology
- Collaborate with the national office team to explore and pilot the responsible use of generative AI in marketing.
- Recommend and lead projects that integrate new tools or technologies to improve efficiency and impact.
Campaign & Project Management
- Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and deliver marketing campaigns aligned to national and local business objectives.
- Measure and report on outcomes, recommending improvements for future activity.
Stakeholder and Third-party Management
- Work alongside stakeholders within the same office, and across a national franchise network.
- Maintain effective communication between the national office and network stakeholders.
- Effectively work alongside and in collaboration with external organisations and agencies, representing Radfield Home Care as the client.
Qualifications and desirable attributes
Skills, knowledge & experience
- Strong copywriting ability with examples of published work.
- Experience in SEO, digital marketing strategy, and link-building.
- Familiar with analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Search Console).
- Ability to demonstrate initiative and problem-solving in a marketing context.
- Project management skills with the ability to deliver campaigns.
- Interest in and awareness of new technologies, particularly generative AI, and their marketing applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.

A day in the life at Radfield
What a typical day may look like after onboarding
- Morning semi-formal stand-up meeting over coffee to share updates.
- Triage and respond to marketing support tickets/emails from the network.
- Update business listings to reflect the latest office changes in the network.
- Attend weekly team meeting to discuss projects, blockers, and next steps.
- Review the performance of office webpages to populate a monthly report. Share findings with your line manager with recommendations on next steps.
- Contact a franchise office to schedule training for their team member.
