Contract: Full-Time

Salary: £29,000 - £31-500

This is a great opportunity to join Radfield Home Care team and develop a career in care management. Working as part of a team, you’ll be responsible for supporting the Registered Care Manager with the daily operations of our premium home care service, Such as managing care needs with clients and their families, supporting a team of care professionals, setting and managing rotas and keeping essential records up-to-date…no two days are ever the same.

You’re someone who loves working with people, organisation and getting things done. You’ll need a UK driver’s licence, be over the age of 18 and have access to a vehicle.

Key Responsibilities will include: 

• Carrying out assessments for new clients and devising person centred care plans

• Regular compliance audits

• Handling incoming queries from Clients and care professionals

• Creating efficient staff rotas and participating in the on call rota

• Assisting with recruitment, interviews & onboarding 

• Coordination & delivery of staff in person training and e-learning

• Supporting with staff appraisals and supervisions

• Attending care calls as required 

Qualifications / Required Skills & experience

• Level 3 Health & Social care or be willing to work towards

• At least 2 years experience within the home care sector

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

• Ability to be flexible around core hours to meet the needs of the client and the team

• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle
