Husband and wife team, James and Stefania Beech, are owners and directors of Radfield Home Care Stamford, Peterborough & Rutland. Since launching the business in October 2019, they are proud to have grown a 'family' team of Care Professionals and achieved an Outstanding rating from the CQC. Both James & Stefania are committed to creating a high quality, local business to provide the highest possible standard of care to their clients. 

Prior to starting the business, James & Stefania held a wealth of experience within different fields.

James has spent 15 years working in the healthcare sector, the last 10 of which were as a Regional Director for Ramsay Health Care’s private hospital business. This has equipped James with a good understanding of the operational and regulatory environment in health and social care.

Stefania has worked as a self-employed language teacher for the past 20 years. During this time, Stafania has gained solid experience of running her own small business.

Both James and Stefania have experienced the challenges of supporting ageing parents first-hand. James explains, “Stefania’s Swiss mother lived in Geneva at the time of her death, so the difficulty of being able to ensure that the right level of high quality and caring support was available at the right time was something that really struck a chord with us, inspiring us to provide a high quality home care service in a community which we both love.”
